12 weeks...

This has been a big week for our Owen. Owen is a big boy now and no longer sleeps snugwrapped like a burrito. He has moved from eating every two hours to every three hours (which is awesome). He had his first trip to the beach. He finally found his thumb after weeks of sucking on his knuckles, and he is beginning to hold his head up like a pro. He also watched his first kung fu movie with his daddy. The first of many I am sure.

11 weeks...

At 11 weeks Owen really loves his momma. He gives me smiles when he wakes up and when he has finished eating. I can also feel his whole body relax when he is in my arms. His love is wonderful...and the feeling is mutual.

oh yeah...and he is so fat i feel as if he is going to explode at any moment.

Holy crap...Bonnie is 40.

Valentine's Day.... (10 weeks)

Happy Valentine's Day from our chubby little cupid.

Yea-Yea and Lita...

Drew's Parents came for the weekend to love on Owen, and to celebrate Drew's 30th birthday (happy birthday baby!) Owen was oh so happy to finally meet them. There was a lot of cuddling and snuggling going on. Also a lot of baby cooing and big toothless grins from Owen. Owen loves his Lita and Yea-Yea and hopes they come back to see him soon.

9 weeks....(not a happy camper)

Owen had his first set of vaccinations today.

He was very angry with us.

Actually...he was very angry at grandma because I made her hold him during the shots. I didn't want him to associate me with the pain (thank you grandma).

The shots made him sad and sleepy but he is feeling better now.

The doctor said Owen is doing really well. Our little fatty is now 14 lbs and 24 inches.
